VERTICAL RACKING

Vertical Racking is designed to store long products vertically for increased storage capacity and ease of picking. Our Vertical Rack System frames and beams are manufactured from heavy duty steel sections.

• Standard heights:
  2m | 3m | 4m | 5m
• Standard bay widths of 3m; any run length can be catered for
• Standard location depths:
  450mm | 600mm | 750mm
• Arm design options:
  ‘Stub Arm’ | ‘D-divider’

FEATURES:

• Storage capacity of up to 500kg per linear metre, product leaning against the rear frame rather than divider arms
• Adjustable arms (compatible with 50mm frame) that can be moved in order to respond quickly to stock changes
• Simple to install
• Painted or hot-dipped galvanised finish for external applications

DESIGN:

• All products comply with current British and CE marking standards
• Minimum Safety Factor of 2.5 based on ultimate tensile strength
• Maximum allowable weld stress of 115N/mm2
