SAFETY BARRIERS
Wickens Safety Barriers are designed to protect people, warehouse equipment, racking and stock from potential accidents and injuries caused by forklift trucks and other material handling machinery.
Most of the barriers have a modular construction which enables easy extension and quick replacement of damaged components. All barriers are manufactured on request to suit the required application and layout.
Wickens barriers are supplied with floor fixings and are available in different finishes:
- Orange (RAL 2011)
- Yellow (RAL 1003)
- Galvanised for external application
- Other paint finishes available on request

REP 100 – TWIN CHANNEL BARRIER
- Standard height: 750mm or 1100mm
- Individual barrier length: up to 2500mm
- Longer barrier runs will have posts located every 1900mm

- Standard height: 1100mm
- Individual barrier length: up to 2500mm

- Lightweight pedestrian barrier

REP 101 – SINGLE ARMCO BARRIER
- Standard height: 750mm or 600mm
- Individual barrier length: up to 2500mm

REP 101D – DOUBLE ARMCO BARRIER
- Standard height: 1100mm or 750mm

REP 101S – SPRUNG POST ARMCO BARRIER
- Standard height: 610mm
- Individual barrier length: up to 2500mm

REP 103 – HEAVY DUTY TUBULAR RACK END BARRIER
- Standard height: 500mm or 750mm
- Individual barrier length: up to 2500mm
- Maximum length with a mid-post is 4000mm
REP 104 – LOW LEVEL CHANNEL BARRIER
- Standard height: 450mm or 750mm
- Individual barrier length: up to 2500mm
- Longer barrier runs will have posts located every 1900mm

GOALPOSTS
Goalposts restrict vehicle height and forklift mast height when entering a building or approaching a certain area of warehouse facilities like doorways, lifted mezzanine floor areas, etc. Every goalpost system is bespoke, designed to suit particular height and width.
BARRIER GATES
Wickens barriers can be completed with self-closing single or double gates. Gate design will depend on individual customers’ requirements.
TOBLERONE FLOOR ANGLE
Toblerone floor angle is designed to protect stock and warehouse equipment as well as control and guide forklifts and other on-site plant in a busy working environment.
LORRY WHEEL STOPS
Low tubular barriers from a significantly larger steel tube sections are designed for protection of building structures near the loading bays of factories and warehouses.
MEZZANINE COLUMN PROTECTOR BARRIER
As a heavy duty alternative to our standard Mezzanine Column Protector column guards, this four-sided barrier system can be made to suit any size of the column baseplate due to it’s modular construction and bespoke design.
