Wickens has recently passed the British Standards Institute (BSI) audit and its ISO 9001:2015 certificate has been renewed. With no major and only a few minor non-conformities, Wickens demonstrates that the company’s quality management systems are intact and supporting the strategic direction of providing products that satisfy customers requirements.
In the report, the auditor also acknowledged Wickens’ dedication and said, “Risk based thinking and continuous improvement elements of the standard have been positively promoted throughout the business. Management and staff organisational knowledge and commitment has also been evidenced to good effect throughout the visit.”
A section of the audit focused on customer satisfaction and feedback about the supplied products. Wickens gather customer feedback annually via a customer survey, which evaluates customer experience throughout the order process from the initial enquiry and technical support to delivery and product quality.
The 2022 survey results highlight a 95% overall customer satisfaction with Wickens, which matches a 95% product quality rating. Wickens’ customer service has been ranked even higher at 96% and with a number of positive comments:
