Vertical Racking

Vertical racking can be used for the vertical storage of long items. The arms are used as dividers providing extra stability to the product. The arms can be readily adjusted horizontally in response to stock increases and decreases.

Our vertical storage racks are a cost effective storage solution suitable for retail outlets selling long products such as steel conduit or timber lengths. Products being stored are easily accessible making racking ideal for hand picked items. Vertical racking is also an ideal storage solution in a warehouse.

We have 4 standard heights between 2m and 5m depending upon the amount of space available and the product being stored. By having a standard design and heights we are able to offer competitive prices while still offering the flexibility to accommodate different applications and spaces. Wickens' vertical storage racks come with standard location depths of 450mm, 600mm and 750mm making them suitable for storing a variety of different products. They can be easily adjusted to accommodate increasing and decreasing stock levels and therefore play an important role in stock management systems.

Wickens' Vertical racking is equally at home within a warehouse or outside in a yard. Our vertical racking comes in black and orange as standard but can also be galvanised making it suitable for outdoor storage.

Vertical racking is particularly useful in trades such as plumbing where varying lengths of pipe can be stored easily and securely. There is no welding involved in the manufacture of Wickens vertical racking, making our modular design a more cost effective solution than the traditional A frame. Product leans at an angle of 5 degrees to provide stable storage. The addition of front and rear floor retaining angles keeps all stock safely in the vertical racks.
