Wickens design and manufacture a unique storage solution for heavier loads. Our heavy duty racking is the perfect storage solution for heavy or large items in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Heavier weights (up to 20 tonnes), can be supported than with conventional pallet racking, meaning that heavy duty racks can maximise available floor space.

The design of our heavy duty racking makes it a particularly suitable storage solution for wide loads which cannot be stored on alternative racking systems due to the requirement for closer upright centres.

Our heavy duty rack product, finished in a range of standard colours or galvanised for external use, provides a safe and organised storage solution for heavy loads with easy, controlled pallet selection.

The heavy duty racking range is complimented by a range of accessories for warehouses and the storage of heavy loads such as:

• Fork spacers enabling flat base items to be stored and handled
• Pallet support bars to assist in storing timber pallets
• Coil cradles for the secure location of steel coils
• Drum cradles for the location of conventional drums
• Timber or steel decking forming heavy duty shelves
