Guide rail systems are used to control forklift truck movement in racking environments and help to minimise damage to racking components whilst maximising the travel speeds of the forklift truck. They are commonly used where space is at a premium and gangway widths need to be minimized.

Wickens' guide rail systems are supplied from a range of 4 standard sizes to suit the particular forklift requirement. Generally finished in black with alternative colours as required or galvanized finish for external applications.

Our guide rail systems are delivered to site fully prepared for speedy installation, limiting disruption in busy warehouse environments. Our guide rail systems are secured to the warehouse floor using a standard range of suitable mechanical or chemical anchors, via pre-drilled locations in each rail component.

Standard modular lengths are used to build precise layout requirements. Forklift truck aisle entry and exit conditions are created using a range of available lead-in components.

Each system is designed specifically to meet your unique requirements.

We have two styles of guide rail: low profile and high profile. Low profile applications: 50x50x8 RSA is commonly used. High profile applications: 100x75x10 RSA is most commonly supplied.

Note: Selection of suitable guide rail is dependent upon fork truck in use.
