TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT
The Role
A new role, providing a key link between the customer and Wickens to ensure we continue to deliver a first class service to customers.
Largely office based, the post will involve customer communication and support on a daily basis providing a vital service as part of the sales team, developing and presenting individual solutions to storage problems utilising our wide range of standard products.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be trained in both the solutions and commercial parts of the role and will be able to see your work develop right the way through to manufacturing completion. This will give you an appreciation of the full business cycle.
The Person
You will have a common sense and logical approach to problem solving and a desire to gain experience in a sales environment supporting a blue chip customer base in the aerospace, automotive, defence, construction and logistics industries.
Ideally you will have AutoCAD experience and an engineering qualification, ensuring that customers can visualise solutions that you have developed to their complex storage problems.
Able to absorb continuous training in our products and procedures, you will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with people and possess the ability to handle detail whilst being able to see the big picture.
